Photographer Policy:
Lights and all rooms must be open for photographer. Photographer to turn off lights upon leaving the home.
Scheduling Policy:
Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting our office during business hours. Rescheduling: Customers can reschedule appointments up to 48 before the scheduled time without any penalty.
Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
Rain Policy: If rain gets in the way, we will schedule once at no charge.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.Cancellation after 24 hours: A cancellation fee of $50 will be deducted from the refund.Custom or personalized orders: Orders that involve customization or personalization may not be eligible for cancellation after a certain period. Please contact us for more information.
No Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee or loss of deposit
