Clear from the start.

Any travel fee and the final total are disclosed and agreed upon before booking. Larger properties, floor plans, and community coverage are quoted separately.

Aerial coverage depends on weather, airspace, and site conditions. Photos and aerial images arrive within 2 business days; Matterport tours and reels within 3 business days after the shoot.

Monthly filming and editing for title companies and businesses building a consistent social presence. Choose your content volume; we plan the production together.

IN EVERY PLAN

Planned. Filmed. Ready to share.

  • Monthly concept planning and content direction.
  • Professional on-location filming with camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Editing, color correction, audio cleanup, appropriately licensed music, and on-screen captions.
  • Vertical 9:16 files for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • One consolidated round of reasonable revisions per reel and a suggested posting sequence.

Up to two coordinated filming sessions per month are available across plans. Session lengths, locations, shot lists, and allocation of reels are agreed before filming. Unused reels or filming time do not automatically roll over.

First edits are delivered within 2–5 business days after each session once required materials and approvals are received. Final scope, schedule, and agreement terms are confirmed before booking.

Social account management and publishing, ad spend, talent, props, venue fees, elaborate scripted productions, extra revisions or sessions, significant travel, and raw footage are quoted separately.

Monthly content plans are separate from the $175 same-visit property reel offered with listing media.
